Function Description

As a functional/business analyst you are the linking person between business and IT. You learn to understand the (end-)customers and know how to design the high-level IT systems that need to be developed. As an analyst, you work with the technology team on innovative technical solutions. Together you create unique digital experiences, from requirement engineering, UX/UI design, front-end & back-end development to the implemented application. You work with a team of top developers and together with the customers you strive to find the best possible solutions.

  • You work as a full-fledged team member of the delivery team and you are the link to customers and stakeholders.
  • Or, you are a flexible consultant working on the business/customer side and you have a national or international working area outside of Limburg

You can explain complex material in layman’s terms. You like to analyze, organize and structure. You like a challenge and you think in terms of possibilities instead of problems. You know how to lead workshops, how to model concepts in wireframes and processes in workflows and manage product breakdowns and backlogs.

With these skills and competencies, you are capable of filling different roles such as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Requirements Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master and Project Leader.

Who are you?

  • You have bachelor and master degree in Computer Science, IT, Software/ Information Management or relevant experience in similar areas
  • You have at least 5 years of experience
  • You are a team player with good communication skills
  • You can translate new ideas and business processes into software solutions
  • You are ambitious, curious and fascinated by technology
  • You ask the right questions while working with business users and Agile development teams and you manage expectations with those involved
  • Working according to the Agile / Scrum approach is your thing
  • Your communication skills are good, and you have a good knowledge of the Dutch and English language

2. Get to know each other

You will come over to our office for a first ‘get to know each other’ talk.  During this meeting, our HR employee + one of our technical colleagues will be present.

3. Second interview

Good news! The first interview has been very satisfying on both sides and we are one step further. In the second meeting, you will meet our business line manager and your expertise and communication skills will be the central topic of our talk.

4. Contract proposal

During your 3rd visit, you will meet our managing director and he will make you an offer that you, hopefully, can not refuse.

5. Welcome!
