3. DEFINING INTENTS & ANSWERS

Our Bot-Portal helps you intuitively define the possible intents of the user (e.g: finding the right health insurance). This can be based on your FAQ or most common customer interactions. We also help you define the desired answers or protocols that handle these interactions. The unique Freeflow model makes our AI chatbot smarter than the competition.

4. CREATING TRAINING DATA

After you define your desired used cases, the next step is collecting the data necessary for training the chatbot. Here comes our training feature into play, allowing you to transform raw data into examples that the AI chatbot can learn from.

5. TRAINING THE MODEL
